Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and delivers its results. We do not keep a separate log or stored copy of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email or other direct message as needed to respond. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal duty.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the server receives routine technical details about the visit:
- Page-view dates and times
- Device type and operating system
- Referring website, when one exists
- Browser name and version
- Viewed pages and time spent on them
- The device's assigned IP address
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They and analytics services help combine traffic data, such as popular pages and common exit points. A browser can block cookies, although parts of the site may then work in a different way.
